Wildfire Credit Union Earns High Member Satisfaction Ranking

News Release Date: Feb 16, 2022

With over 100 credit unions surveyed nationwide, Wildfire Credit Union received outstanding reviews on member satisfaction:

Wildfire Credit Union’s Contact Center ranked #1 in overall satisfaction out of 115 credit unions.

Wildfire branches ranked #2 in overall satisfaction out of 123 credit unions.

Wildfire Member Service Representatives opening new member accounts ranked #2 in overall satisfaction out of 113 credit unions.

Wildfire ranked #5 in overall satisfaction out of 114 credit unions on new products opened like loans, checking, credit card, certificates of deposit and more.

These rankings are based on the 4th quarter of 2021. Wildfire Credit Union contracted with the Member Loyalty Group to survey members who have recently conducted business with the credit union. Members are sent an email survey to rank the service they received.

These surveys are then compared with other financial institution surveys utilizing Member Loyalty Group throughout the country.

Results of Wildfire’s surveys are shared with the credit union to provide insights to improve member service, and then provide recognition to those who do their best every day.

Kim Egeler, Chief Branch Officer of Wildfire Credit Union commented, "We always knew we provided our members with an exceptional level of service. Our member surveys and mystery shop programs have supported our performance for years. We wanted to go one step further and find out what our members experienced shortly after they conducted business with us. Aligning with Member Loyalty Group has given us this opportunity. Now we know how our employees truly do go above and beyond to assist our members. We can identify those who truly stand out to acknowledge and reward them."
