Position: Mortgage Servicing Representative
Job Description
Responsible for providing clerical support for all mortgage activities. Assists with the administration of the mortgage escrow program. Responsible for post-closing activities. Assists or refers members as necessary.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of mortgage loan products, services and procedures.
Experience
- Three to five years of related mortgage servicing experience.
Education
- High School graduate.
Skills/Abilities
- Good verbal and public relations skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment.
- Able to work effectively under time constraints.
