Job Description
Knowledge
-
Complete knowledge of business lending requirements, and documentation.
- Thorough understanding of loan documentation and closing.
Experience
-
Minimum of five years or related business development experience.

Two years of commercial loan experience.

Supervisory experience very helpful.

Experience handling problem loans and loan workouts.
Education
-
College degree in business, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Skills/Abilities

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Strong financial analysis abilities.

Solid communication and negotiation abilities.

Strong public relations skills.

Able to use all related computer applications and business machines.
