Follow the how-to guides below to discover and learn how to activate your new card, temporarily freeze your card, and/or report your card as lost or stolen from anywhere and at any time, as long as you have an internet signal.
Activate Your Card in Online Banking

Step 1: Sign into Online Banking
In order to activate your card online, you have to log into online banking.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cards Menu
Once logged in to online banking you will see a tab called "Cards". Click the "Cards" menu option to display all of your cards.

Step 3: Activate Your Card
Click the button that says "activate card", this option will display on the card that says "Inactive".

Step 4: Your Card Is Now Activated
Your card is ready to use. To choose your PIN, please call 1-866-304-8760. If you are choosing your PIN for the first time, press 1. If you currently have a PIN and would like to change it, press 3.
Activate Your Card in Mobile Banking App

Step 1: Sign into the Mobile Banking App
In order to activate your card online, you have to log into the Mobile Banking App.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cards Menu
Once logged in to mobile banking you will see a tab called "Cards". Click the "Cards" menu option to display all of your cards.

Step 3: Activate Your Card
Click the button that says "activate card", this option will display on the card that has the "Inactive" ribbon.

Step 4: Your Card Is Now Activated
Your card is ready to use. To choose your PIN, please call 1-866-304-8760. If you are choosing your PIN for the first time, press 1. If you currently have a PIN and would like to change it, press 3.
Freeze Your Card in Online Banking

Step 1: Sign into Online Banking
In order to activate your card online, you have to log into online banking.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cards Menu
Once logged in to online banking you will see a tab called "Cards". Click the "Cards" menu option to display all of your cards.

Step 3: Freeze Your Card
Freeze your card by hovering the cursor over the "unlocked padlock" icon and click the "Freeze Card" button.

Step 4: Unfreeze Your Card
Unfreeze your card by moving your cursor over the "locked padlock" icon and click the "Unfreeze Card" button.
Freeze Your Card in Mobile Banking App

Step 1: Sign into the Mobile Banking App
In order to freeze your card online, you have to log into the mobile banking app.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cards Menu
Once logged in to mobile banking you will see a tab called "Cards". Click the "Cards" menu option to display all of your cards.

Step 3: Freeze Your Card
Freeze your card by toggling the switch to the right.

Step 4: Unfreeze Your Card
Unfreeze your card by toggling the switch to the left.
Report Your Card as Lost or Stolen in Online Banking

Step 1: Sign in to Online Banking
In order to report your card as lost or stolen online, you will have to log into online banking.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cards Menu
Once logged in to online banking you will see a tab called "Cards". Click the "Cards" menu option to display all of your cards.

Step 3: Report Card as Lost or Stolen
In the drop-down called "Actions" below the card that is lost or stolen there will be an option to "Report damaged/lost".

Step 4: Your Card Is Now Deactivated
Answer the questions to complete the deactivation process.

In order to report your card lost or stolen online, you have to log into the mobile banking app.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cards Menu
Once logged in to mobile banking you will see a tab called "Cards". Click the "Cards" menu option to display all of your cards.

Step 3: Report Card as Lost or Stolen
In the drop-down called "Actions" below the card that is lost or stolen there will be an option to "Report damaged/lost".

Step 4: Your Card Is Now Deactivated
Answer the questions to complete the deactivation process.
